After a long 2 year search we finally found the home we had been looking for….given the market we had to act fast and make a clean offer. Thankfully David's offer won the day. With a tight timeline it was important to insure to ensure a quick sale but not undersell our asset. We interviewed a number of realtors. One of the realtors we interviewed was the “local realtor” who lived in our area,and promised that they had a “list” of potential buyers from other listings and could ensure a quick sale.
