  He Did Exactly What He Promised!
"I first met David at an open house he was hosting in our building and was impressed with his professionalism, pleasant attitude and sense of humour. He didn’t seem like the typical real estate agent – he actually knew what he was talking about, was respectful and direct. I was thinking of selling our apartment and decided to interview him after finding out that he had quickly sold a similar suite in our building for a good price. We have a baby so it was important to us to sell the apartment quickly because it is so difficult to stage an apartment with baby clutter everywhere. David implemented his market strategy quickly and within one week of signing with him we had professional photos taken, listed our place and sold it during the first open house weekend for asking price!   The Property that Fit Our Needs.
"We met David at Tapestry Park in Fairview. We were both pushing our toddlers on the swings and he introduced himself. When we mentioned that we were thinking of purchasing our first home in Vancouver, we exchanged business cards.
