I understand more about real estate than 98% of other agents out there. How? I was born into a family of property developers. In addition to formal education in building sciences, I have worked in every aspect of real estate development: construction site management, contract negotiation, land acquisition, project design, permitting, marketing, show homes, and my personal favourite, sales. My goal is to empower my clients with knowledge.
I know what sells a home. As a residential developer, I have helped to create many show homes. Whether a client needs to de-clutter, landscape, renovate, or simply dress up a home, my construction and design experience serves my clients in maximizing their sales value and return on investment.

Using professional quality videos and photographs improves a property’s appeal, while actively engaging potential buyers. I strongly believe in building relationships not only with my clients but also with my fellow REALTORS®. My clients often remark on my enthusiasm and I am willing to bet that I put more heart and soul into my work than anyone else. I also know that money is a great motivator; consequently, I do not hesitate to offer a large commission to Buyer's Agents in order to attract more agents to my client's home.
I constantly review the market to distinguish asking versus sales prices. I have considerable knowledge of land and home values through my career as a residential developer and a REALTOR®. This understanding of the market reinforces my strong negotiation skills, and helped to close complex land deals for properties valued in excess of 40 million dollars.
Real estate involves copious amounts of paper work. Thankfully, I have an extremely capable assistant, who is not only my wife but also a Professional Engineer with an MBA. We work as a team making sure that no detail goes missed, offering a great deal more dedication, knowledge and care to each individual client. Education is extremely important to my business, so I relentlessly upgrade my skills both technically and interpersonally to provide the ultimate real estate experience.
