About David Setton

Whether buying a new home, selling an existing home, or both, I am dedicated to providing my clients with end-to-end service backed up by a lifetime of experience in real estate development and sales.

I was literally born into the Property Development business. I cut my teeth on the construction site, becoming Construction Manager, then managed show home sales teams, served as Manager of Marketing and Land Acquisition and ultimately became Vice President of United Properties. My passion for working directly with clients led me to becoming a Realtor. Because of my deep roots in property development and construction experience, I can state with confidence that I understand more about real estate than 98% of other agents out there. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than being able to apply this depth of knowledge when working for clients.

I specialize in Vancouver West and this is where my family lives, goes to school and works. This local knowledge can make all the difference in finding the perfect home or marketing a client's home to the perfect buyers.

My strong motivation and focus has contributed to an intense passion for endurance sports. I have completed countless triathlons, Ironmans and marathons as well as other running and cycling events. I enjoy travelling and I have visited many countries throughout Central America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. I am a fierce believer in creating a better community for all and to that end, I give generously to the charities and causes that matter to my clients.
